Troubleshooting

No AirPlay devices found

Keep the PC and receivers on the same private network, disable guest isolation or VPN routing, then allow WinAirCast through Windows Firewall.

Connection fails or drops

Prefer 5 GHz Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet, disconnect other active AirPlay senders, update receiver firmware, then export diagnostics after the failure.

Audio stutters or cuts out

AirPlay streaming is sensitive to network quality. If playback frequently stutters, cuts out, or reconnects, open WinAirCast settings and manually raise the latency for a more stable buffer.

Apple TV asks for a PIN

Enter the newest PIN shown on the Apple TV screen in the WinAirCast prompt.

Diagnostics

Open Settings, then Support, then export diagnostics. The report stays local until you share it.
